Ayra is a Shopify retention platform built by Tetralogicx, a Shopify agency in Lahore, Pakistan, founded in 2019. The team has delivered 250+ projects and published 20+ Shopify apps, including Ordexa, Tracklify and Wishlist+. Ayra is their answer to a problem they kept solving by hand for clients: retention apps that don’t share a customer.

01 Why we built it
The problem we kept being hired to fix.
Every retention project started the same way: audit the stack. Six apps, six customer records, six dashboards each claiming the same revenue.
We'd spend the engagement writing glue. Syncing points to tags, suppressing review requests for customers with open tickets, stopping a win-back discount from landing next to a referral push. Glue the merchant couldn't maintain after we left.
At some point the honest answer stopped being "add another app" and became "the customer record has to come first". That’s Ayra.

Store credit, selling plans, metaobjects, new customer accounts. If Shopify has the primitive, we use it, so your data stays yours and your theme stays untouched.
