What stops customers referring themselves?
Ayra checks for the same account, device and address and declines the reward when they match.
Can the referrer and the friend get different rewards?
Yes. Each side has its own reward type and value: points, store credit or a discount.
What happens when a referred order is refunded?
Reward Shield claws back the reward tied to that order, so refunds don't leak rewards.
Where do customers find their referral link?
In the Customer Account Hub, alongside their wallet and orders, with share buttons for link, email and WhatsApp.
Can referral invites be sent automatically?
Yes. Add a referral step to a Lifecycle Flow, for example after delivery, and Journey Guard keeps it from colliding with other messages.
