Signal
First order delivered
Mei's first order, a ceramic pour-over set, is delivered on Thursday. The guest checkout and the wishlist she made on Monday merge when the delivery signal lands.
The engine
One profile. One decision at a time.
Every module writes to the same customer record, and the retention engine decides what happens next.

Built on Shopify's native primitives. No theme hacks, no ScriptTags.

Solution · First to second purchase
Ayra automates the Shopify second purchase as a window that starts at delivery, not at checkout. A first-time customer gets one profile from their first signal, a post-purchase flow timed from delivery, a reason to come back drawn from what they bought and browsed, and an account where the second order is one click. The engine sends one thing at a time and records why.

Post-purchase window
Every step waits for the cap. One offer, at most.
01 The merchant problem
The post-purchase series fires from the order date. The product arrives four days later. The review request, the points email and the cross-sell have all landed before the customer opens the box.
Every step in the series is early by the shipping time, and the review request is the most visible casualty.
A guest checkout leaves no wallet, no wishlist and no order history. The second order starts from zero.
The same 'you may also like' goes to everyone, regardless of the first product.
Loyalty, the email tool and the review app each welcome the customer in week one, from three different senders.
What to measure
No benchmarks. Ayra compares your store to itself, by cohort and segment.
02 How Ayra solves it
Post-purchase steps wait for the delivery signal. The how-to note, the review request and the next-product nudge are spaced inside one frequency cap.
Guest wishlist, email and phone resolve to one profile. On Shopify's new customer accounts the wallet, wishlist and reorder are native tabs.
Low-stock, price-drop and restock nudges for items they viewed or saved, plus a reorder reminder for consumables timed from delivery.
First-order points land as a visible Smart Wallet balance, redeemable at checkout. Incentive Guard keeps the second-order offer to one.

Signal
Mei's first order, a ceramic pour-over set, is delivered on Thursday. The guest checkout and the wishlist she made on Monday merge when the delivery signal lands.
Customer
First order $64, 320 welcome points, the matching filters on her wishlist, no account yet, email only.
Opportunity
Evidence: delivered, a consumable accessory wishlisted, no second order. It expires 30 days after delivery.
Action
Day three after delivery: how to use it. Day ten: a review request. Day fourteen: the filters, with her 320 points shown as $3.20 credit and an account-activation link. Each step waits for the cap.
Outcome
Mei activates her account on day fourteen and reorders the filters. The order is credited to Lifecycle Flows through Wishlist, and her cohort's second-order rate updates.
04 Use cases
Ayra decides
The reorder nudge lands a week before it runs out, counted from delivery, and offers subscribe-and-save once.
Ayra decides
The post-purchase series is shortened: no reorder nudge, one review request, one note about the wallet balance.

Instead of a generic cross-sell, she is on the restock list for that variant and hears first when it lands.

05 FAQ
At delivery. Ayra waits for the delivery signal and times every step from it, so nothing arrives before the box does.
Not by default. Show the credit the customer already earned first. Incentive Guard limits the second-order offer to one, and only if the earlier steps did not lead to an order.
Guest signals are resolved to one profile by email and phone, and merged when they create an account. Account activation is a step in the flow.
Second-order rate within 30, 60 and 90 days, by first product and by monthly cohort, in Retention Analytics.
Journey Guard treats them as one queue per customer, so the welcome and post-purchase steps never land on the same day.
