Signal
A delivery, then a wishlist
Sana's second order is delivered on Thursday. On Saturday she wishlists the matching Linen Trousers. Both land on her profile within seconds.
The engine
One profile. One decision at a time.
Every module writes to the same customer record, and the retention engine decides what happens next.

Keep customers with subscriptions, flows, segments and proof.
Built on Shopify's native primitives. No theme hacks, no ScriptTags.

Solution · Repeat purchases
Ayra increases repeat purchases on Shopify by watching each customer's own signals, a delivery, a wishlist, a restock, an expiring balance, and acting at the moment a next order is likely. Every customer has one profile, one list of open opportunities and one next best action, so a loyal customer gets a reason to come back, not six campaigns.

One nudge from the next order
01 The merchant problem
Most stores already send the welcome series, the win-back and the points reminder. The customer still buys once. Four reasons.
Loyalty knows the balance, the email tool knows the opens, the review app knows the delivery date. None of them knows the customer has 1,200 points, a wishlisted item and a delivery due Thursday.
Campaigns fire on day 30 since the last order. The customer's reason to return, a restock, a price drop, expiring credit, arrived on day 12 and nobody acted.
Points accrue with no obvious place to spend them at checkout. Store credit sits in a ledger the customer never sees.
Shopify's returning customer rate is one number across every cohort, so nobody can see which first products lead to second orders.
What to measure
No benchmarks. Ayra compares your store to itself, by cohort and segment.
02 How Ayra solves it
Wishlist, price-drop and back-in-stock signals open opportunities on the customer's profile. The alert goes to the person who wanted the item, before the general announcement.
Smart Wallet holds points, store credit and vouchers as one balance, redeemable at checkout through Shopify Functions. A balance the customer can see is a reason to order.
Post-purchase steps wait for delivery, not the order date. The reorder nudge for a consumable is timed from the last delivery, inside one frequency cap.
Order history with reorder, wallet, wishlist and subscriptions as native tabs on Shopify customer accounts, so the second order is one click.
Repeat purchase rate and time to second order by first product and by segment, with the module each repeat order came from.
03 The workflow
Sana, 2 orders · Silver. Signal to outcome, one decision, every reason recorded.
Sana
2 orders · Silver
Signal
Sana's second order is delivered on Thursday. On Saturday she wishlists the matching Linen Trousers. Both land on her profile within seconds.
Customer
Silver tier, 740 points, two orders in 40 days, no open tickets, prefers email. Her intent score moves to high.
Opportunity
The wishlisted item is in stock and she has points to spend. The evidence is attached and the opportunity expires in 7 days.
Action
Journey Guard confirms no send in the last 72 hours. Ayra sends a single email: the trousers, and her 740 points shown as $7.40 credit at checkout. Incentive Guard blocks the generic 10% campaign scheduled for Monday.
Outcome
She orders on Tuesday and redeems the credit at checkout. The order is attributed to Wishlist and Loyalty, and her response feeds back into scoring.
04 Use cases
Ayra decides
The reorder nudge is timed from delivery, not from the order date, and it stops the moment a subscription is started instead.
Ayra decides
She is on the restock list for that variant. When it is back she gets the alert first, with her points balance shown, before the newsletter goes out.
Ayra decides
One reminder, with the items she last viewed, inside her frequency cap. No reminder if she already has an order in progress.

05 FAQ
By acting on signals that already show intent: a wishlist, a restock, a delivery, an unspent balance. The default reward is store credit the customer already has, and Incentive Guard stops a discount being stacked on top of one they recently received.
Published benchmarks mix categories, windows and definitions, so they rarely apply to your store. Ayra reports your repeat rate by first-order cohort and by segment so you compare the store to itself over time.
Ayra runs retention flows itself: welcome, post-purchase, win-back and VIP. It is not a full email service provider at launch.
Signals land on profiles the moment a module is enabled, and opportunities open as soon as a customer qualifies. Reports show history from the day the module was turned on.
Yes. Every opportunity and action records its reason in the customer timeline.
