Questions about billing.
Is every module really included on the free plan?
Yes. Loyalty, referrals, reviews, wishlist, back in stock, pre-order, subscriptions, lifecycle flows, the account hub, segmentation and analytics are all on the free plan, up to 100 orders a month.
What counts as an order?
An order is any order created in Shopify in the calendar month, across every sales channel, excluding cancelled and test orders.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Soft cap: seven days of grace, then a prompt to upgrade. Nothing switches off mid-month. Above Pro, pro is usage-based.
Do you charge a percentage on subscriptions?
No. 0% transaction fee on subscription orders, on every plan including Free.
Are SMS and WhatsApp included?
Email is included. SMS and WhatsApp are prepaid credit packs, pay as you go. Credit pack prices to be announced.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the admin; the difference is prorated to the day.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Annual billing is two months free: pay for ten months, get twelve.
Do you charge per customer or per member?
No. Plans are priced on monthly orders only. Customer count, loyalty members, subscribers and team seats are unlimited on every plan.
What does migration include and is it free?
Importing points balances, store credit, reviews, wishlists, subscription contracts and referral history from the apps Ayra replaces, with the team on hand. Free during private beta.
