How fast do you reply?
Within one business day. Private beta merchants get same-day replies through their shared Slack channel.
Can you migrate my data from Smile, Judge.me or Recharge?
Yes. Points balances, reviews with photos and subscription contracts all import, and migration is free during private beta. Each comparison page lists what moves.
Do you offer onboarding calls?
Yes, for Growth and above, and for every private beta merchant regardless of plan.
Where do I report a security issue?
