Flow builder
The flow builder is where you chain a trigger (a signal or an opportunity), conditions, waits and actions into an automation. Every action a flow sends passes through Journey Guard, so a flow cannot bypass your frequency caps or quiet hours. The builder ships with Lifecycle Flows.
Triggers
Section titled “Triggers”Signals, opportunities and segment entry or exit can start a flow.
Conditions and waits
Section titled “Conditions and waits”Branch on profile fields and signals; wait for a duration or for an event.
Actions
Section titled “Actions”Send a message, grant a reward, tag the customer, call a Shopify Flow trigger.
Testing a flow
Section titled “Testing a flow”Run a flow against a test customer and read the reason recorded on the timeline.
