Migrate from LoyaltyLion
Moving from LoyaltyLion to Ayra means exporting points balances, VIP tiers and referral history from LoyaltyLion, importing them into Ayra, running both apps side by side while you check the numbers, and switching the storefront over once they match. Migration is free during private beta and the team does it with you.
What is imported

Typical effort: days. Larger programs are migrated in a staged cut-over with balances verified per segment.
Field mapping
Section titled “Field mapping”The LoyaltyLion field → Ayra field table is published with the full guide. Until then, the comparison page lists what moves.
- Export from LoyaltyLion.
- Import into Ayra (the team runs this with you during beta).
- Reconcile the totals.
- Switch the storefront blocks.
- Uninstall LoyaltyLion.

Running both in parallel
Section titled “Running both in parallel”Keep LoyaltyLion live while Ayra imports and displays the data; only one app should be the source of truth for the storefront at a time.
