These are the questions merchants ask most about Retention Analytics, answered briefly; the product page carries the same answers. More are added as beta merchants ask them.
Questions
Section titled “Questions”- How does Ayra attribute revenue between modules?
- Revenue Truth assigns each order to the action that earned it from one source of truth, so a loyalty redemption and a referral cannot both claim the same order.
- Can I see lifetime value by cohort?
- Yes. Cohort retention curves and LTV are reported by signup month and by segment.
- Does it report loyalty liability?
- Yes. Outstanding points and store credit are reported as a liability figure.
- Can I export the data?
- Yes. Every report exports to CSV.
