Ayra Reviews & UGC is a Shopify product reviews module that requests reviews after delivery rather than after the order, collects photo and video reviews and Q&A, and stores everything on the customer profile. Reviews are mirrored to Shopify metaobjects and rating metafields so your theme and the Shop channel can use them.

What it does

• Delivery-timed review requests. Requests go out after the order is delivered, not after it is placed, so customers review a product they have actually used.
• Photo and video reviews. Customers can attach photos and video. Media is moderated with the review.
• Q&A. Shoppers ask questions on the product page and you or past buyers answer them.
• Importers for Judge.me, Loox and Yotpo. Bring existing reviews across by CSV so you keep your history and ratings.
• Moderation queue. Approve, reply to or hide reviews and media before they publish.
• Mirrored to Shopify metaobjects and rating metafields. Reviews and ratings are written to native metaobjects and product rating metafields, so your theme and the Shop channel read them directly.
• Points for reviews and Trust Recovery. A published review can earn loyalty points. Trust Recovery skips the request when the customer has an open support issue.

Every module reads and writes the same customer profile, so these connections need no integration work.

• Loyalty & Rewards: A published review earns points on the same profile, with no connector between two apps.
• Lifecycle Flows: The review request is a flow step that waits for delivery and defers to Journey Guard.
• Segmentation: Reviewers become a segment you can use in flows and discounts.

FAQ

When does Ayra ask for a review?

After delivery, not after the order. You set the delay from the delivery event.

Can I import reviews from Judge.me, Loox or Yotpo?

Yes. Import by CSV from any of them; migration is free during private beta.

Will reviews show in my theme and the Shop channel?

Yes. Reviews are mirrored to Shopify metaobjects and product rating metafields, which themes and the Shop channel can read.

What is Trust Recovery?

A check that skips the review request when the customer has an open support issue, so you are not asking for a rating mid-complaint.

Can customers earn points for reviewing?

Yes, when Loyalty & Rewards is on. Points are awarded on the same profile when the review publishes.
