Section titled “Questions”- Do segments sync to Shopify?
- Yes. Membership is written as customer tags and metafields, so Shopify Segments and other apps can use it.
- Are segments dynamic?
- Yes. Customers enter and leave segments as their profile changes.
- What signals can I segment on?
- RFM, lifetime value, loyalty tier, Intent Engine score, subscription state and review state, plus Shopify customer data.
- Can I use segments in discounts?
- Yes. Gate a discount by segment through the synced customer tags.
