These are the questions merchants ask most about Customer Account Hub, answered briefly; the product page carries the same answers. More are added as beta merchants ask them.

Section titled “Questions”- Does it work with classic customer accounts?
- Customer Account Hub is built for Shopify's new customer accounts using customer account UI extensions.
- Do I need to edit my theme?
- No. The tabs render inside Shopify's customer account pages, not in your theme.
- Can customers manage subscriptions here?
- Yes. Skip, swap, pause and payment updates all run from the Subscriptions tab.
- Can I choose which tabs appear?
- Yes. Each tab follows its module's toggle, so you only show what you have turned on.
