Section titled “Questions”- Does Ayra charge a transaction fee on subscriptions?
- No. There is no percentage fee. Ayra is priced on orders.
- Are subscriptions built on Shopify's native contracts?
- Yes. Every subscription is a Shopify subscription contract on a selling plan.
- Can customers skip, swap or pause themselves?
- Yes, from the Subscriptions tab in the Customer Account Hub.
- What is the Save Engine?
- A step that offers a pause or swap before a cancellation goes through and records the outcome.
- Can I migrate from Recharge or Appstle?
- Yes. Migration is free during private beta.
